Development Fund
The Development Fund has been set up by Badminton England to provide financial investment to support our affiliated badminton clubs and registered coaches, to grow the game. Priority consideration is given to those who have shown loyalty to Badminton England through annual membership renewals, and for new projects around junior, disability and female participation in line with our ‘Badminton – A Sport for Everyone’ strategy.
Funding is for projects that can show sustainability at the end of the funding period and how this will be achieved should be clearly outlined within the application. Projects should be ready to start within 4 months of receipt of the funds. Should you be successful in securing funding there will be an expectation to complete monitoring and evaluation forms throughout, and at the end of your project.
Before applying we advise you to watch the funding webinar below and read the eligibility criteria further down this page.
*Please be advised, if you are unsuccessful in your application, you will be notified by a generic letter response. Due to high levels of applications, we cannot give individual feedback as to why your application has been unsuccessful.
