As Safeguarding Coordinator my main area of work is supporting the Case Management function. This includes liaising with internal and external stakeholders, supporting and being a point of contact for individuals, clubs and counties as a concern is investigated.

I have been in the safeguarding team since joining Badminton England in 2017, prior to this my area of work has been in financial organisations.

What gives me the Badminton buzz, is seeing those that work, play and volunteer in our sport have a safe and positive experience, you really do feel part of a great community.
