Marcus Ellis and Lauren Smith defeated the German fifth seeds Mark Lamsfuss and Isabel Herttrich to set up a final with Russian eighth seeds Rodion Alimov and Alina Davletova.
23-21 21-13 the English number one seeds won, inside 46 minutes.
These two pairs have never previously played each other on the professional circuit.
The Russians have knocked out the second seeds and the sixth seeds, dropping just two sets en route to the final.
Ellis and Smith are still yet to lose a set this week.
The European Games gold medallists from Minsk earlier this year now have the chance to add to their golden silverware collection on Sunday in Lucknow, India.
Smith reflected: "Really happy with today's fight, we stuck in after a slow start and didn't let up.
"Think we controlled the match much better in the second set and got the result we wanted!"
