As Development Coordinator, my role is to support and enable our team of regional managers and national leads in providing opportunities for players, members, and clubs to achieve their goals as part of the BE 2023-33 Strategy. My primary objectives are: supporting the delivery of Badminton England programmes and projects; supporting the team with insight provision; and managing our order and inventory systems.

Having spent many years working for a major international IT firm, my background encompasses roles in marketing and events; account management; and customer experience. 

I count myself fortunate to be able to work in sport. I get my badminton buzz from sharing in the success of our development team and I also love seeing the game being enjoyed on a daily basis by the badminton community here at the National Badminton Centre.
