As the Network Manager I support our team of Regional Managers to engage with and support our Clubs, Coaches, Players, and the wider Badminton community in their regions. I am also the Regional Manager for the East region.

After leaving sea as a Merchant Navy Deck Officer, I spent sent several years working in the youth charity sector in a development and community engagement role. During this role, I led large scale projects to increase provision for young people, using watersports to engage underrepresented community groups.

What gives me the Badminton Buzz, is the fact that sport is open to everybody regardless of their community, background or ability.
