As the Volunteer Manager, I work on national projects, programmes and initiatives to develop tools and resources for volunteers, as well as providing support to grow our volunteer base and support their training, deployment, retention and recognition to ensure volunteering in badminton is a rewarding experience for all. 

I have worked in Sport Development for the last 10 years, 7 of which have been with Badminton England, and have worked on a variety of both regional and national projects to engage people in sport and physical activity. 

What gives me the Badminton Buzz, is seeing the joy in people’s faces when they pick up a racket and get on court! It doesn’t matter if they are a complete beginner or an elite competitor, badminton can be enjoyed by all!
