What is the Coaching Register?

Coach Registration is the basic level of coach accreditation and issued to those who fulfil the minimum standards of deployment and earn less than £10,000 per year through coaching. We expect all coaches actively coaching to be on the Coaching Register as a minimum, allowing them to promote themselves to parents, players and clubs as being safe to coach. In addition to this, being a registered coach means they receive public liability and professional indemnity insurance, which protects the coach in the event that a player is injured whilst under their supervision.
