Following the launch of our club and coach conference in 2023, Badminton England are pleased to announce the conference will return on Saturday 12th and Sunday 13th October 2024 and bookings are now open!
The Conference is designed to connect, educate, and inspire those who are key to the development of grassroots badminton and will be led by clubs, coaches, and coach developers, who will be sharing their learning and expertise.
A number of club & coach workshops will be on offer throughout the weekend with clubs discussing their approaches and successes in engaging new participants (juniors, adults, females) as well as what they have implemented to ensure their environments are safe and inclusive.
For the more practical side, there will be sessions on court covering key tips for delivering to different target audiences and how to enhance your feeding skills.

Our Youth Voice Forum will also be there to discuss their work to date and their plans for the future.
In contrast to last year delegates, will be able to select the workshops that are most appropriate to them from across the whole agenda.
The event promises to be full of useful content and will be a great opportunity to speak with BE staff and network with other clubs and coaches from across the country.

Booking Information:
The Club & Coach Conference is £20 for all Badminton England members. Places are limited and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Included within the price is a 2024 conference T-shirt, refreshments on both days and lunch on Saturday. No overnight accommodation is included within the price.
Once your booking is confirmed you will receive a form to complete w/c 16th September to provide us with information on the workshops you would like to attend, your T-shirt size and any dietary requirements.
Booking Criteria:
Attendees need to be a current member of an affiliated club of Badminton England.
