This document is produced each season to help all Secretaries and Committees run their BE Circuit Tournaments and is for anyone wishing to run an event and gives step-by-step information on how to go about this. This guide is to be followed when running a BE Circuit Tournament and hopefully it is helpful for other events one may be involved with.
