Aide Memoire 2009-10

The Tournament Organiser and Aide Memoire 2009-10

The Aide-memoire, a document produced each season to help all Secretaries and Committees run their BE Circuit Tournaments, has now been included in 'The Tournament Organiser'. This guide is for anyone wishing to run an event and gives step-by-step information on how to go about this. The Aide-memoire is to be followed when running a BE Circuit Tournament and hopefully it is helpful for other events one may be involved with.

It is suggested that a number of photocopies are taken of the sheets so that the contents of the ‘Tournament Organisers’ Guide” remain intact. We are also happy for copies of any of the above documents and the ‘Tournament Organisers’ Guide’ to be offered to other members of your organisation to help with tournament administration. Please point out that many of the documents have been written with BADMINTON England events in mind and will need local adaptation.

The complete ‘pack’ comprises:-

The current edition of the Tournament Organisers’ Guide, Regulations for Tournaments PLUS the above-mentioned items which form the appendix to the publication.
Replacement or additional updated ‘masters’, if or when provided, should be retained with the ‘Tournament Organisers’ Guide’ and the whole retained as a complete set.

Should one or more parts of this publication be missing, please contact the Junior  C & E Co-ordinator, Anna GIlbert, without delay on 01908 268400
