The 2009-10 Entry Forms Are Now Available
- Please remember to provide a Stamped Addressed Envelope with ALL entries if you do not have access to the web for Gold acceptances and where there is no web link for Bronze acceptances.
- It is very important that before entering any of our events you have carefully read the details for the specific tournament you are entering and have read the information and conditions of entry for the circuit.
- SILVER acceptance lists will be available from the 'Acceptance List and Times' link at least 7 days prior to the event but if you do wish to receive written confirmation, please remember to provide a Stamped Addressed Envelope.
- BRONZE acceptance lists will be the same as last year through SAE's or e-mail but some counties have the NEW option of a web link to there website. If this is available it can be found under the tournament secretary details on the entry form. Please note that if there is no web link then a SAE must be provided.

UPDATE: Unfortunately through no fault of their own, Middlesex have had to cancel the Under 13 Silver on 9th January and the Under 17 Silver on 30th January. This is due to the venue not being able to uphold their agreements. Any entries received so far will be returned and apologies for any inconvenience caused.
