BADMINTON England is delighted to announce the staging of the inaugural National Badminton Awards.
The Awards recognise the Players, Coaches, Volunteers and Clubs who have made an outstanding contribution to badminton in England in the past 12 months. Nominations for the Awards are welcomed from the general public, including members, players, clubs and such like.
The 2013 Awards were ran in association with Wedlake Bell LLP and the nominations are closed. The winners have been announced and they were celebrated at an Awards Lunch on Friday 8 March 2013. Thank you to everyone who submitted a nomination and congratulations to our amazing winners. We were overwhelmed with the inspirational nominations that we received and the contribution to badminton is absolutely outstanding. The Awards Panel had a very difficult task of picking just one winner for each category.
Nominations for the National Badminton Awards 2014 will open towards the end of the 2013/early 2014. Information will be shared nearer the time.
