Once you have completed an online module, you must fulfil a period of practical experience to complete the award. During this time you will be paired with a learning mentor. There are three methods of finding a mentor (as outlined in the Practical Experience module in the award), one of which is applying for a pre-arranged activity.

If you are interested in applying for one of these activities, please complete the form at the bottom of the page and submit it with the relevant information. Your application will then be processed and you will be informed if you have been successful.

Please feel free to apply to more than one activity. The activities are allocated on a first-come-first-serve basis.
