Q - The entry form is asking for personal data from the school children but I don't have it.  What can I do?

You should make every possible physical effort to collect the information as required in the Entry process.  BADMINTON England have provided a CONSENT FORM as well as the incentive of £600 worth of Center Parcs vouchers to ease the collection process.

Should you still have problems collecting the required data, email brainwave@badmintonengland.co.uk  with as much detail on the steps you have taken to source the required data and we will see if an alternative solution can be arranged.
