The talent identification process that works within the large pool of new, young badminton prospects coming up through school and junior club ranks has pulled together Team England squads that cover all age groups from Under 12 level to Under 19 standard.
Events such as the 5 / 8 Nations tournament , European Mixed Team Junior Championships showcase the best badminton prospects in England on the international scene whilst giving the Team England squads a chance to develop essential teamwork skills in the process.
