Badminton England is committed to continually developing and educating coaches and enhancing player performance at every level of the game. We recognise that having the ability to analyse performance effectively plays a crucial role in developing performance. As a result, making analysis technology available to coaches is a priority.

Analysis software programmes have traditionally cost anywhere between £1,000 and £20,000, therefore effectively limiting access to those coaches working in the top tiers of the game. However, through a unique agreement between Badminton England and Performance Innovation we are helping to remove the cost barrier by making powerful analysis technology available to every coach for the first time.

The globally popular Focus X2 analysis software will be available to all BADMINTON England Registered Coaches at a hugely reduced cost. Focus X2 normally costs around £1,000 but will be able to be purchased for a total cost of just £50 (+vat where applicable). This is an annual license where the £50 cost will be honoured each year and there is no obligation to renew unless you are happy to do so.

The Focus X2 software

Focus X2 is already used by coaches in over 60 countries in developing individual, unit and team performance and has been utilised at the Olympic and elite levels of the game for more than a decade.

The Focus X2 software can be used for;

- Analysing performance and providing feedback during practice sessions
- Analysing opposition
- Analysing and developing coaching performance

Getting your Focus X2 analysis software

This offer will be available to you from Monday 3rd October. To get your copy of Focus X2 at the £50 (+vat) price please follow the instructions below;

2) The link below will take you to the Focus website. The site will step you through the Purchase, Download and Licensing of the Focus X2 software. Make sure to enter your Voucher Code when prompted as this will reduce the cost to the £50 offer price.
