BADMINTON England today made another key appointment with the confirmation of Nicola Moloney as the new Head of Major Events & Competitions.

The new Regional team is now in place across the country working with local partners at the grass roots level.  Lead by a team of 8 Regional Managers..

It is from Badminton House, the home of the Duke of Beaufort and Somerset family that the name badminton has originated. The house is not open to the public, but the National Badminton Museum has already been able to arrange for two parties of Friends of the Museum to visit.
