British badminton duo Chris Adcock and Imogen Bankier had the crowd on its feet this morning at the Yonex BWF World Badminton Championships after a mesmorising 24-22, 21-19 win over the 8th seeds from Thailand.

Anglo-Scot pair Chris Adcock and Imogen Bankier got the British challenge in the Mixed Doubles off to a flying start on Day 2 of the Yonex BWF World Badminton Championships but there's disappointment for Marcus Ellis and Heather Olver.
