BADMINTON England is auditing equity within our sport to ensure that badminton is open and accessible to all members of the community. We ask you, a BADMINTON England Volunteer, to complete this form so that we can accurately establish our current position and plan accordingly. This information will:

×  Provide baseline statistics against which plans can be drawn up and targets measured
×  Establish a database to assist with monitoring and evaluation

We would also like information about your views on volunteering to understand why you give up your free time for badminton and what support you would like from us.
