Ellis and Langridge seeded top at Polish Open
England players will be aiming for title success for the first time since the last Olympic year at this week's YONEX Polish Open.
Two English doubles pairs won in 2012 and with Marcus Ellis and Chris Langridge seeded top in the men's doubles, there is hope that this success can replicated in Warsaw.
The English duo, hoping to accumulate more Race to Rio points in their recent heavy schedule on tour, have been afforded a bye into Thursday's second round, so too Anglo-Scottish pair Chris Coles and Adam Hall.
Heather Olver and Lauren Smith, pictured, are seeded third in the women's doubles event, with Jenny Moore and Victoria Williams taking on Tania Kusumah and Vania Sukoco in the first round.
Moore and Gregory Mairs are in the lower half of the draw in the mixed doubles and play Kian Tan and Pei Lai of Malaysia in their opening match on Thursday.
Mairs and Oliver Baczala will also compete in men's doubles qualification.
