EARTHQUAKE APPEAL

Many thousands of people who have suffered in this natural disaster are still very much in need of help to survive and to start to rebuild their lives.

The Hotshots badminton group wants to help by holding a money-raising event at the end of December.  It is in the form of a marathon 24 hour session of continuous badminton involving many players. This will take place at the Barnt Green Sports Club, commencing at 4.00 pm on 30th until 4.00 pm on the 31st. The centre is situated in Margesson Drive, Barnt Green. Players will contribute money in addition to their sponsors.

To supplement this we will be holding a tombola in order to raise still more money. We are hoping that sympathetic shops and stores will donate items for this event.

Gifts will be acknowledged after the event together with details of money raised. Also contributors will be acknowledged during the event.
