Cox takes title as England dominate Welsh finals

ELEANOR COX  took the women's singles title as England took three titles and provided 10 finalists at the Yonex Welsh Open in Cardiff.

Hayley Connor and Heather Olver won an all-English women's doubles and Andrew Elllis and Dean George took an all-English men's doubles.

Rajiv Ouseph fell just one win short in the men's singles while the mixed doubles was the only event not involving an England finalist.

England's players now head across the Irish Sea for next weekend's Irish Open.
