Krisian Roebuck and Jennifer Wallwork are through to Sunday's mixed doubles final at the Bank of Scotland International Championships at Glasgow's Kelvin Hall.

The England pair, made up for the disappointing efforts of the singles players, to beat Vitali Durkin and Marina Yakusheva of Russia 15-13 15-12. In the semi-finals they were too hot for Denmark's Rasmus Bonde and Christina Pedersen, winning 15-6 15-2.

In the men's doubles Robert Adcock and Robin Middleton lost their tough quarter-final with Belgian fourth seeds Frederic Mawet and Wouter Claes 15-1115-8.

In the women's singles hopes of a first all-Scottish women's singles final were still alive as second seed Susan Hughes and third seed Yuan Wemyss reached the semi-finals. But Wemyss and Michelle Douglas lost in three sets to German second seeds Birigt Overzier and Michaela Peiffer in the semi-finals 15-4 15-17 15-8.
