England chasing more doubles success at Italian International
Marcus Ellis and Peter Mills, the Bank of Scotland International winners and top seeds, have a first-round bye at the Italian International in Rome tomorrow.
Yonex Irish International winners Chris Adcock and Andrew Ellis take on Vladislav Chislov of Israel and Virgil Soerordedjo of Surinam in the first round while Dublin runners-up Anthony Clark and Chris Langridge face fourth seeds Till Zander and Maurice Niesner.
In the women's singles Sarah Walker has been promoted from qualifying and takes on Karoline Hoim of Estonia while Rachel Howard faces Dutch qualifier Josephine Wentholt in the first round.
In the women's doubles Irish International runners-up Mariana Agathangelou and Heather Olver are top seeds and receive a first-round bye as they look to improve on their runners-up spot in Dublin.
Adcock and Scotland's Imogen Bankier are sixth seeds and the Scotland and Irish champions begin against Russia's Nikita Khakimov and Maria Korobeyhikova while seventh seeds Robin Middleton and Olver also face Russians in Andrey Ashmarkin and Ksenia Polikarpova.
