Talented youngsters from the satellite badminton clubs attached to 11 of the country’s best supported football clubs will do battle in Milton Keynes this Saturday at the 2013 edition of the Premier League 4 Sport (PL4S) National Badminton Championships.

BADMINTON England is delighted to announce that the plans to develop the National Badminton Arena were approved tonight by Milton Keynes Council’s Development Control Committee.

Surrey took home two titles at the Masters County Championships Finals in the over 55 and 60 age groups for the second year in a row over the weekend.

Two out of four, of next season’s National Division one play offs have been decided. This concluded after an exciting weekend of badminton on the 27th and 28th of April 2013, held at the National Badminton Centre in Milton Keynes.  

 Second seeds Peter Briggs and Harley Towler had to settle for the runners-up spot in the men's doubles final at the Portuguese International at Caldas da Rainha today.
