Chris Adcock and Gabby White are through to the quarter-finals of the mixed doubles at the Li-Ning Singapore Open Superseries tournament.

Chris Adcock and Gabby White knocked out reigning European champions Robert Mateusiak and Nadiezda Zieba in the mixed doubles first round at the Li-Ning Singapore Open today. Chris Langridge and Heather Olver were equally impressive in knocking out No.8 seeds Markis Kido and Pia Zebadiah Bernadeth.

The Li-Ning Singapore Open Superseries event got under way in Singapore City today but Andrew Ellis and Lauren Smith missed out on a place in the main draw of the mixed doubles.
