England No. 1, and tournament top seed, Rajiv Ouseph is through to the semi finals of the men's singles at the Finnish Open in Vantaa after beating a home favourite to open up this morning's action.
After seeing more then 30,700 school pupils pick up a racket and compete in the Center Parcs National Schools Badminton Championships, 36 school teams head to Center Parcs Sherwood Forest later this month for the Finals Weekend.
Rising badminton stars representing Center Parcs – supported Team England at U13 and U15 level claimed an impressive 11 medal haul, including 2 golds, at the recent Aros Cup in Denmark over Easter.
