Marcus Ellis and Alyssa Lim lead the England challenge at the Yonex Dutch International in Wateringen this weekend.

Fontaine Chapman reached the women's singles and doubles semi-finals and Jamie Bonsels reached the last four of the men's singles before their good runs came to an end at the Victor Croatian International in Zagreb.

10 players walked away with 2 or more medals from the U19 English National Age Group Badminton Championships over the weekend with Tom Wolfenden, Chloe Birch, Sam Parsons, Holly Smith, Aaron Cheng sharing the national titles between them.

Buckinghamshire wrestled the Harrod UK U17 County Challenge crown back out of Yorkshire’s stranglehold as the prestigious annual team event was played out in a cauldron of noise and badminton banter at Nottingham University.

Yorkshire took the honours at the 17-21 County Challenge last weekend after securing straight wins to retain the Keith Stables Memorial Trophy for another year whilst Staffordshire finished as runners-up with Suffolk in third .
